2003 The 100th crane is delivered to Rohstoff Recycling Dortmund GmbH since the company was taken over by Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH
	2000 EU Commission approved definitive takeover of Kranbau Köthen GmbH by Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH. Company classified as part of the crane technology division in Georgsmarienhütte group of companies
1998 Privatised for a second time to become Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH Trading under the name of Kranbau Köthen GmbH
	1997 Focus placed on the cranes business sector
1993 Privatised to become Willenborg Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG Resumption of production of opencast mining equipment (Förderanlagen- und Kranbau Köthen GmbH)
	1992 Handover of opencast mining equipment to the Leipzig TAKRAF AG
1990 Becomes a limited liability company
	1971 The two companies merge to become VEB Förderanlagen and Kranbau Koethen
1950 Koethen conveyor plant founded (formerly Junkers Flugzeug- und Motorenwerke)
	1934 Kranbau Koethen founded by Prof. Carl Gensel
